ChiChi Fit with Tracy (Musical Theatre Fitness) Join Tracy for a workout like no other! ChiChi Fit is a BRAND NEW, Musical Theatre inspired, dance fitness program designed to suit everyone.

Feel like a West End star as you dance along to routines from famous musical shows. Come and find the energy you didn't know you had in this addictive, fun, theatrical dance workout. Dance to songs from Grease, The Greatest Showman, 42nd St, Hairspray, The Lion King, SIX and much much more.

You don't need dance experience, and the class is suitable for varying fitness/ability levels. Let the music and lyrics guide you through and you'll shimmy, smile, sweat and feel fabulous! Octagon Inclusive Dance - Morning Class This is a creative class for adults with different abilities in Somerset. An inclusive contemporary dance class for disabled adults and their carers in Somerset, who are looking to learn new dance skills, improve fitness, have fun and move to music.
The sessions are fully inclusive and accessible with an emphasis on self-expression, fun and building friendships. The sessions are led and delivered by a professional team of artists and a dedicated support worker.
Carers can either take part in the session or are welcome to take some time out and relax in our Lounge Bar at Westlands.

Octagon Youth Dance Summer School Join choreographer James Bamford and Project Dance for an inspiring and jam packed 4-day programme suitable for both absolute beginners and experienced young dancers.

Work towards producing your own dance production which will be presented at the end of the programme and learn the skills needed to bring a story to life through dance.

You will learn the fundamentals of a variety of styles including jazz, lyrical, hip hop and contemporary dance all whilst being supported in an encouraging, vibrant, and friendly environment.

Be a part of The Octagon Youth Theatre’s Junior Company, where you’ll get opportunities to perform and be involved in performances both on and off stage. In our youth theatre sessions you’ll play lots of games, create and tell your own stories, develop characters, work from scripts and learn to work as part of a team and theatre company. Our sessions are designed to build confidence, and are the perfect opportunity to make new friends and have fun.
You don’t need any experience to join our Octagon Youth Theatre, just bring energy and a willingness to get creative. The emphasis is on being creative and on enjoyment, but also to be pushed to create something brilliant.
There are no auditions for taking part and everyone is welcome.

Somerset Graduate Dancers Join us for weekly dance sessions to build & create Contemporary performance pieces and explore a variety techniques and repertoire. As well as exploring choreography, these sessions will help dancers maintain flexibility and strength through yoga inspired practices.
